[Calm Night]

Good

I Really liked the reverbered drums...that was a nice touch!
This is a pretty song..u used FL right?
Fruity Loops is a good program..but u should check out Reason..the production quality is better..trust me!

I know that Reason is better than fruity loops in quality , and I an working on it to (well just experimenting)!
But Reason 3.0 for me is more difficult (and easy at the same time).
I hope that some day i will make something good on it!

suprised u liked it, really i am, cuz this sounded so noob-ish to me when i made it, but the synths were pretty powerful.

im getting to the point where when i recognize a fruityloops synth it doesnt sound as good to me haha.

Yea, i know it might be a little hard, it´s like most of my other stuff, a little hard on the ear. Can´t completley agree bout neither the perc. or that it needs better samples. I have a lil difficult creating a good beat, but i f i adde more perc it might be a lil too much for it being trance?

At the beginning use another instrument!I dunno...a cool synth..a synthetic reverbered bass...something cool ^_^
When at 1.57 that wicked melody comes in again u can use your piano beacause here for some stylish reason it sounds f**ing cool!

a good song by shadow...lets see...^_^
When i heard the piano i though this will be a crappy midi rip-off but fortunately the rest of the song kicked ass!
9/10 the drums - Cool work man!
9/10 strings
7/10 the synth part - maybe 2 loud
1/10 the piano - sry shadow but it sucked donkey balls LOL!

Nothing to say here,it could be a 10 but u used the always cool but too popular between DnB artists 4 notes background Rob D's "Clubbed to Death" style!
-Diversity:10
many variations and tons of drum loops ^_^
-Clarity:9 Everything is nice man,ah...yeah,the vocal sample hurted my ears for no evident reason :-(
-Effort:9 Yeah,like Paragon said u used drum loops...but i don't care 'bout it ^_^

the break you're talking about is a variation of the Firefight break. at 50s i started an 8 bar (20s) series of chops and remixes on it. i can send you the original break or the actual splices if you'd like them. i'm usually on AIM - Soccer4860.

in the meantime, for some other cool/crazy breaks, check out Detonate.Your.Soul and One Tasty Breakbeat Sandwich. The second, while less crazy, is my favorite of my DnB work so far. very fluid.
